We are open Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Who can volunteer? How do I sign-up to volunteer? Can I schedule a group to volunteer? I have an organization/school/ church that wants to schedule a service day on a weekend or weeknight. How do I do this?
We accept volunteers of all ages. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteer assignments vary every day but we are always in need of volunteers.

Yes, we do accept groups of volunteers. After you sign-up on our website, we will contact you to confirm all the details.
Service days for larger groups that want to volunteer on the weekend or a weeknight must contact us by email before confirmation. You can find our contact info here. Please note that your group must be larger than 25 individuals in order to schedule a weekend/weeknight service day and must serve for at least 2 hours.
**Please note that in order to get the full experience for what we do here at Lighthouse Charities, we ask that groups only schedule to come and volunteer at our facility rather than at a different location.
I want to visit/film/interact with a refugee.
We greatly respect the privacy of the individuals and families that we serve, and are not required to share their personal information unless given prior permission. Interaction with one of our refugee clients is never guaranteed while volunteering with us. We hope that you will understand and respect their privacy as well.

Depending on the urgency of the matter, you should expect a reply within 1-3 days unless other unanticipated delays occur. We do our best to respond to all inquiries. Please visit all the pages on our website first in case your question can be answered there. Thank you!
